St. Michael's is committed to helping parents raise their children to know and love Jesus and reflect him in their lives. There are classes for children ages 3½ through 18, which strive to teach kids about Jesus in different and exciting ways while also maintaining Biblical truths. Depending on age level, children will sing songs, pray, read the Bible, prepare crafts, study and discuss theology and Church doctrine. Sunday School meets from 9:00-9:45 am every Sunday of the school year.
Is a time during the service for kids to receive a Bible or faith-based message just for them. All lessons center on Biblical teachings and are meant to encourage and deepen kids’ understanding of Jesus and the Bible. Kids enjoy a lesson, snack and activity during the sermon time.
Youth Group is a time when our older kids (8th-12th grades) can unwind, hang out and spend time digging deeper into God’s word. Led by Fr. Phil and other adult leaders, youth group encourages teens to find the Lord and know him with their whole selves. The evenings are fun but their purpose is to deepen kids’ love and knowledge of Jesus.
